Step 2: Choose Your Connectivity

Step 4: Options
Do You Need a Carrying Case ?
If you are planning on transporting your system to 'away' tournaments, a hard-shell carrying case is recommended.
Do You Need a Spare Buzzer?
Systems used exclusively for practice may not need a spare, but a back-up buzzer is highly recommended for tournament/competition games.
Do You Need a Scoreboard?
Tournaments may find a visible scoreboard a desirable feature.
Do You Need a Repair Kit?
Repair kits offer a way to repair wired buzzers. (Repair kits are not available for wireless buzzers.)
Step 5: Warranty
Would You Like an Extended Warranty?
A one year warranty is standard. A three year extended warranty is available for just $50.
(New orders only. In addition to standard one year warranty.)
Step 6: Extras
Do You Want to customize your buzzers?
For stand-alone systems, both the dome lenses (regular buzzers) and the face plate lenses (Showtime buzzers) have multiple color options available.
Default colors for:
Regular buzzers are red and green;
Showtime buzzers they are red and white.
Available specialty colors: Dome Lenses; Showtime Lenses.
Do You Want Name Placards?
Team and individual player dry-erase boards - - including wooden base/stand - - are available.
Sizes: Team placards measure 7.75 x 11; Individual placards measure 3.75 x 9.
Do You Want a Timer?
If you have a Challenger I, do you want a visible timer for players/audience?
Step 7: Shipping
Once the system is selected, shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight.
We use UPS shipping.
You may choose whichever delivery service offered by UPS works best for you.
Step 8: Payment
We generally wit for customers to confirm receipt of their order before sending invoices.
Forms of Payment accepted: Purchase Orders from established institutions, Checks, Credit Cards (3.5% processing fee applies).
